Paris is great at integrating modern art to its ancient spaces. The 17th century Palais Royal courtyard houses a 20th century forest of concrete stumps and trunks, painted in white and black stripes, and looks even more fabulous doing so.
This listing is for one solid pine wood photo block typically described as 6×6, though the milled size puts it closer to 5.5 inches square. It is just shy of 1 inch deep. The toner print is applied and revealed by hand, and is drawn from my personal photography. The back of the piece is titled, signed and dated in ink. You may receive a different print to the one shown in this listing’s photographs.
The block is sold without any hanging hardware. I recommend mounting it with Command Strips, or standing it upright on a desk, shelf or mantelpiece – it will stand on any flat surface. Note that the wood will deepen into a honey colour with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (I think this makes the wood look nicer!)
